Unable to compile with CPC

Hi im trying to compile in CPC, but when trying to build i get the following.
It compiles fine in speccy, but not Amstrad.

i also tried to edit the build.bat under the CPC suite and add the line
and under these two lines:



copy AGDsource\%1.agd agd

cd AGD

AGD %1

copy %1.asm ..\pasmo

del %1.*copy ..\..\user.asm ..\pasmo\ <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<new line added 


But it also didnt work with the following error.
