Hi all I am attempting to create a moving platform that simply moved up and allows the player to step on it, then moves down and allows the player to step off it. I have tried using a sprite and setting it for T2 with enemy controls for patrol and removing the kill, is there any code with features like this so I can read and learn it?

Here, look like one of the options (AGD 3.5) out of the game R2-D2 View Attachment the trouble with that code (if i remeber correctly) is that yo can only have one platform per screen (because your sprite will take the same x of the platform, once it touches it) as an alternative you could write this in the platform sprite code if collision 0 other spriteup subtract 8 from y endif (assuming that your sprite has a "fall" in its code) this is enough to push up your sprite if it collides with the platform unfortunately as it goes down it does it in a rather jumpy way but the advatage is that you can have more than one platform per screen
