Don't fancy writing a BASIC front end to your game? Intro Maker is compatible with AGD. Add instructions, a scrolly message, a starfield and/or a colour chaser to your title page: www.worldofspectrum.org/infoseekid.cgi?id=0023803Before using it, make sure your emulator doesn't auto-load whenever you insert a new tape. The AGD manual tells you how to disable this behaviour in the SPIN emulator.

You should load your saved AGD game at that point. You'll need to open your emulator's tape browser and insert the tape file you saved with AGD.
There's no manual, just follow the on-screen instructions.

I can't get this to work with AGD 4.6. It just flashes the border when I try to load in my save game.

I've got as far as loading my game into the intro maker (I think) in ZX Spin, it automatically plays the game, with no escape to any menus, and if I lose all my lives, it loops the game again. I'm not seeing any on-screen instructions.

The Intro Maker was designed for AGD version 2.x and won't work with later versions.

Aaaah. I actually managed to get it running, but it didn't play the game, just looped the intro. Uch well.
