Hi! I am starting with AGD, doing a tutorial to learn the basics. I just put one sprite and moving it, with some random blocks, looks great! My first question is: The .tap file can be generated in any point of the creation of the game? because i try to do it, but is not working. The Second: Can i join the Facebook group? Many thanks in advance, and sorry for my english, I am from Argentina.

Hi trancos77. Welcome. I am new to the forum myslef but thoroughly enjoying using AGD. The flexibility and ease of building games with this is simply amazing.
Sorry, I can't help you out with saving as I have not attempted it myself.
Although I am a member of the Facebook group, an admin needs to approve new members. I must tell you that the Facebook is great with regular posts from people with videos of projects and teasers of upcoming games. It is awesome to see the potential and some of the amazing things people can do with this program. THere are some extremely creative people on there!

Hola Trancos77, of course you can save a .TAP file of your project anytime. If you are still in the development stage it could however be better to save the whole state of the process as a .Z80 snapshot. Even better, you can number them anytime you change something, i.e. Project01.Z80, Project02.Z80 and so on. Just create a virtual tape in your emulator, make sure to put the virtual tape recorder in recording mode, then choose G and save without a BASIC loader. This way you will save the game data only.

Saludos!!!!

Finally I understood how to record and then create the Loader in basic, it cost me a little, it has been a lot that I do not program. It's like starting from scratch.
