Feature request: TOGGLE and EVEN/ODD commands

Just a couple of thoughts, perhaps simpler variants of Doug Bagnall's bit checking thread (though they would be useful too).

TOGGLE: flips a parameter or variable

EVEN/ODD: useful for doing things 'every other time' in conjunction with a clock or increasing variable.

Between what values would it be most useful to TOGGLE? 0 and 1?

I'll have a think about EVEN/ODD, there may be a need to perform tasks every 4, 8 or 16 frames too. With that in mind I've already added an optional parameter to ANIMATE and ANIMBACK to the multi-platform version. FAST, MEDIUM, SLOW and VERY SLOW will animate a sprite every 1, 2, 4 or 8 frames

perhaps a good option here would be to add the boolean NOT, e.g LET A = NOT A, which flips between 1 and 0 and can then be tested.
