Do you mean in assembly?
So this would change the contents of address 64000 to 255
LD HL, 64000
LD (HL), 255
The asm numbers are:
ASM 33
ASM 0 ASM 250 ;these two bytes are the address (250*256 + 0 = 64000)
ASM 54
ASM 255 ;this is the number to put in the address
