Hello guys!
I'm starting a game and I've come to the point where I have to choose between 16 and 24 pixels height for sprites.
The main character needs 24 pixels but the other sprites would be wasting the extra height.
If I set 16 height, I suppose I can save some valuable memory, but I would need to manage my main character as two sprites, kind of Head Over Heels. I've tried this method but I'm new to AGD and I still don't get the logic to work well.
Which approach would you choose? 16 or 24 pixels?
Thanks.

Hi manu128k, unfortunately it isn't possible to set more than a single sprite size for an AGD project.
The reply could sound obvious: the choose depends on how large will result your project. E.g. if you're planning a big map, or the events mechanics will require huge code, or if you need to add external machine code routines, then you have to choose the 16px way in order to count on a greater amount of memory.

I've played a bit with every approach since I made the question and I've seen that no option is perfect I'm little by little getting to grips with AGD anyway. Thanks for your response lukebord1.
