So I have a game with about 32 screens at present. When I delete a screen (for example screen 3) the game gets corrupted. If I export the game and look at the agd file, it appears to have created over 5000 SPRITEPOSITIONS (mostly with 0 0 0 0 0 values) beneath the DEFINESCREEN data of the last screen.
