Hi All, Thought I'd take a break from the current project and put together a new tutorial of a fun mechanic I used in Cocoa2: 24 Hour Parsley People, The Grabber! It works like an amusement arcade grabber machine...I've simplified it so it should be easy to adapt and extend for your own games. It has a few nice touches, like using the PLOT command to create the chain effect when the grabber goes down which is then over printed when the grabber goes back up (took me a while to figure that one out!), it also uses a simple Hit Box technique, so that you cant grab if you just touch the edges of grabbable item, anyway...the full tutorial with fully commented code is now available on my blog. Have fun grabbing!

Thanks Packobilly, I just noticed that the tutorial was missing some code that enables the Player to exit the Grabber Controls and thereby return to Normal Mode, I've added this to the tutorial now
