Hi everyone I want to create a start menu with two options How can i say to AGD what to do if i choose an option?

It depends on the kind of options you need. If you only need to select your controls you could simply insert a CONTROLMENU command in the Game inizialisation event, however this will force the user to employ the default keys.
You could also define a start game screen placing a "dummy" empty sprite instead of the playing character one in it. In the "dummy" sprite script you could associate some of the control keys to different options. However this is convoluted and a waste of code and memory in my opinion. It would be much better if you could design your external "housekeeping" program in order to change the controls, redefine the keys, ask the player for level passwords/passcodes etc.
