Hello, I am converting AGD games for the CoCo and Dragon computers using an add-on module that comes with the V9958 video chip and two sound chips one of them fully compatible with AY-3-8910 I have already 39 games converted, but I would like to add music and sound, if possible By now I have found the pt3 music files for ten games. Fortunately searching inside the .sna file (128Kb) I found the text "Tracker" even more than once in some games. I can extract that data and add it to my AGD source file, the compiler creates a game with music The problem is that some games, despite creating music, have been created with other tools that don't include the searched text, so I cannot find the place where the songs begin in order to extract them. By now this has happened in these games: Antiquity Jones, Bean Brothers, Sprouty and UFO The effects/sounds present the very same problem. Despite I can find the place inside the .sna file where they do begin, the data I find there is not the same I have used, say .afb banks. This affects all of the games :-( Knowing the data format would be very handy indeed!
Could anyone give me any hint/pointer so that I could find these data? Thanks a lot in advance cheers!

Hello, thanks, I already have this app, my problem is that I need to find the .afb file data once it is added to the binary (.sna file) And I would say that I am not sure what format is used when adding sounds to an AGD game, they might be created with other apps. I know the .afb format and can say that none of the games I have tested have data acording to that format. In theory the end of an effect should be tagged with two bytes: $d0, $20 and this sequence is never found in those games :-( And even worse, the area where I should find the pointers to the effects is not a 'word' table, instead it seesm a 2 words table cheers! pere
