Hello Jonathan--Of course, you're very busy, but hopefully doing well)
I still don't know how to index the sprites and shared data, so abusing a few 'external' (out of the sprite's scope) variables seem the only limited and rather awkward way...
How about a global STACK, where one could PUSH a value, and POP it? Perhaps, it may need a SIZE or just returning zero's when empty, yet very handy.
It will surely provide some 255 items, extending the AGD. What's your thinking?

Taking into consideration not many global variables and inability to index them as a dim (say, let a[2]=a[6]), nor availability of strings, a stack--even limited to 255 values--could be a magic bullet
