Hello,
Is there a way to change the distance your player can fall withing dying? My Manic Miner sprite seems to have no head for heights!

It depends how you're doing the jump. I'm assuming you're using MPAGD and using JUMP P (where the P parameter specifies the power)? If that's the case the sprite reaches a deadly speed once it's travelling down at 8 pixels per frame. I could (and perhaps should) make this user-modifiable if you like.

Goodness, don't change anything on my behalf - I'm just finding my feet with this stuff.
I'm actually using AGD4.7 as MPAGD is a bit beyond me with it's compilers, bat files and command lines (I can't run any examples I create - but that's a different thread).
However, you have answered my question I think: it is what it is.
