For the falling spike balls in Sophia and the weights in the third part of Sophia II I used a similar technique, but with FALL instead of the triple CANGODOWN. FALL will make the object accelerate, which is more realistic in my opinion, instead of moving at a constant speed as with CANGODOWN.

Yes, that is a good point Alessandro, I'll add a note in the tutorial about using FALL as an alternative (I think you meant SPRITEDOWN not CANGODOWN)
